Hey Peter,
Long time no see cuz! Hows things? Are ye still down in Castlegregory?? I am currently wallowing about in derry for the summer here bored senseless waiting for my computer science course to start again in september. Some interesting posts ye have up here actually!! I was speaking to my father about granda’s tapes and memoirs and he said you would be the best person to get a hold of them from?? Would it be possible to download the collection from some place?

This is excellent, thanks.
Users have to remove any mobile config profiles that also have apn settings as then will interfere.
If you can’t select the file from iTunes (on your mac) the file still probably has the .zip extension (but hidden), use Get Info to rename it.
Lastly, this profile uses hs.vodafone.ie for data. This is the correct apn for HSDPA, but if your has the 1 GB ISP Promo bundle you’ll want to use isp.vodafone.ie as the APN instead.

We’ve got a MD3000 and have it talking to a Centos5 host with a perc5e but performance is dog slow. Maybe 50 meg a second on a RADI 1, or 10, or radi 1 with sw raid. We have tried everything and all sorts. There loads of posts in the internet saying similar things but each thread just ends dead.
Can you let me know how your MD300 is hooked up, what settings you made, and how it performs… etc.

I didn’t subscribe to Setanta broadband bc I noticed when I was entering my cc details there was no ‘httpS’ in the address bar. Was I misguided? I sent an email highlighting it and wasn’t impressed with their response.
